Casa Nova House, a magnificent 1861 Ōamaru stone mansion, is Ōamaru’s first accommodation to be awarded a Qualmark 5-Star Gold Luxury rating. With just three individually designed guest chambers, Casa Nova House offers an intimate luxury stay where timeless heritage meets contemporary comfort and genuinely personal hospitality. Each first-floor chamber features a private ensuite, luxurious bedding and thoughtful modern amenities, while selected rooms offer beautiful sea views.

Guests are invited to relax in the elegant Burns Sitting Room or enjoy the peaceful private gardens and surrounds. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and grounds, and each guest chamber includes a Smart TV, New Zealand-crafted bathroom amenities and a range of carefully considered comforts. A delicious European-inspired breakfast is included each morning and served in the Burns Sitting Room, setting you up perfectly for a day exploring Ōamaru and the wider Waitaki region.
